As a Project Administrator, you will:
Provide administrative support for multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
Maintain and organise project documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and teams.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, reporting any discrepancies or risks.
Support the team in procurement processes and contract management.
Provide general office administrative support where required.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in project administration or a similar role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
